How do I restore Oathwise Pro on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Google Play or Apple account you bought it with. Open Settings → Oathwise Pro and tap Restore purchase.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by the store: request a refund on Google Play or at reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store.
An answer about my officials looks out of date.
The App downloads updated officials (for example after an election) automatically about once a day when you are online; you can also tap the refresh button next to Content checked on in Settings. At your interview, give the name of the official serving on that day, as listed at uscis.gov/citizenship/testupdates. If something is still wrong, tell us.
Which civics test do I take, 2025 or 2008?
It depends on the date you filed Form N-400: on or after October 20, 2025, the 2025 test (128 questions); before that date, the 2008 test (100 questions). You can change it in Settings.
How do I delete my data?
Your information is stored only on your phone. Use Reset study progress in Settings, Delete in My case, or uninstall the App to delete everything. We do not hold any of your data. See the Privacy Policy.
Speech practice does not hear me.
Allow the microphone and speech recognition for Oathwise in your phone’s settings, and check that your phone’s speech recognition service is installed and online.
